Ambassador - Mark Scoggins

Vice President of Business Development • LA Marathon

Mark Scoggins' favorite quote is, "if a man doesn't stand for something, he'll fall for everything." With that guiding principal, Scoggins proudly serves as a member of the HearStrong Executive Advisory Board where he helps spread awareness about hearing loss and its solutions.

A Los Angeles native, Scoggins served as executive vice president of corporate sponsorships for the LA Lakers from 1982 to 2004. He also worked as senior vice president of corporate relations and partnerships for Magic Johnson Enterprises from 2004-2009.

In his spare time, Scoggins enjoys spending time with family, friends and his two dogs, Oz and Lena, as well as cooking, gardening, listening to music, sports talk radio, comedy and watching television.

Mark helped honor HearStrong Champions Eliza Peters and Nancy Chovancek in Chicago on June 20th, 2013.
